Data Downloads

A list of datafiles from the IsoGenie project that can be downloaded directly, organized thematically. If you use this data in your research, please cite the contributing PI, who will be automatically notified of your download.

Data look a little lite? No worries. We'll have ~200 meta-genomes, 24 meta-transcriptomes and 6 meta-proteomes shortly. Just dotting the I's and cross the T's on paper publications!
